Milton J. COTTON, probably born c. 1837,Montgomery County, NY. His Civil War Pension card shows widow's payments began in 1894, probably date of death. Widow was living in Iowa at the time. Is this the same Milton Cotton (dod 1894) buried Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen, IA?
Can anyone give me details? An obituary? Where is Harriet buried?
