Brandon Twp churches mid-1870's

Looking for a list of any/all churches for the Canton & Ozark area of Brandon Twp that existed in the mid-1870's, and where one might find those church records today. Attempting to find any record for the marriage of Thomas Stine & Sarah Webster (daughter of Orvil & Robey)in abt 1876. Websters lived at Ozark by 1870 census, Thomas & Sarah in Brandon Twp by 1880 census. No Jackson county record to be found for this.
