Steichen 1871 to 1960 in Jackson County

STEICHEN, FISCH, EWERT, NAME OF CRACKER FACTORY IN DUBUQUE IN ABOUT 1910 AND A COVERALL FACTORY ABOUT THE SAME TIME

I am trying to learn more about Nicolas Steichen/ his wife Magdalena (Pesch) Steichen in Spruce Creek and family in Dubuque named Nicholas Ewert, Lucy Fisch and their daughter Mary Catherine Ewert. Mary Catherine supposedly worked in a cracker factory when she was about 17 which would have been in or around 1910.
