SEAMANDS,John H. (abt1842-1882), born in Illinois and the son of Peyton R. SEAMANDS(1801-1852) and Almeida HILYARD(1808-?)both of Virginia, but spent most of life in Jackson Co. Iowa. Brother of Well known mining expert W.G. SEAMANDS(1839-1886)who was also born in Illinois. Married Evalina Brown(1842-1911)in Taylor Co, Iowa, on 10 Apr. 1861. Children were Ella, Hettie, William, Frerick and Mabel Seamands. I have obits for John H Seamands and wife Evalina, also for daughter's Mabel and Ella if it would help. Thank you.
