If you search for Garrison, you will find a record for Isaac Garrison marrying Almeda Lamunion in 1848. They are likely to be Sarah's parents. Knowing Sarah's married name would be helpful in looking her up in the 1925 Iowa census, which gives the parent's names. Good Luck!
