Webster Stine marriage

Sarah Jane Webster, daughter of Orvil & Ruby (Mandigo) Webster

Born: 11 Jan 1857
She appears in the 1870 US Census, Brandon Twp, Jackson Co., IA as part of Webster family.
She wed Thomas Stine in 1876 as indicated in Thomas’ obit (Monticello Express 1892) and Sarah’s obit(Monticello Express 1911).
She appears in the 1880 US Census, Brandon Twp, Jackson Co., IA as wife of Thomas Stine with son Arte age 2 yrs.
Thomas dies in 1892.
She appears in the 1895 IA Census, Brandon Twp, Jackson Co., IA as part of the Orvil Webster family entry including 5 Stine children.

My problem is that I can find NO evidence of the marriage of Sarah & Thomas in Jackson Co. records or Jones Co., records. My main search is for info on Thomas prior to the marriage, he supposedly came from Germany via NY ca. 1852 but a search of ships manifests for the east coast for that time frame has been fruitless.
Any suggestions appreciated. I thought possibly churches in the Brandon Twp area might have some records of the marriage since the courthouse doesn’t seem to have the marriage recorded.
