Died.

WILCOX.---Lydia Almira Chandler was born in St. Johns, Ontario, Canada, April 15th, 1824, and passed to her award Saturday evening, Nov. 16th, 1907, aged 83 years, 7 months and 1 day. She came to Iowa in 1844. April 15th, 1847, she was united in marriage to Abner T. Wilcox. Six sons and one daughter mourn her departure, Joseph and Delos of Baldwin, Noble of Maquoketa, Edwin and William of Wyoming, Iowa, Nelson of Sisseton, S. D., and Mrs. Anna E. Clapp of Crookston, Minn. Also two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mary E. Grant and Robt. G. Chandler of Maquoketa, and Mrs. Margerie E. Beeman of Freeport, Ill. The funeral services were held in the M. E. church at one p. m., Tuesday, Nov. 19th, by Rev. B. A. Davis, pastor.
