Ethel Stickley Dies Suddenly; Services TuesdayMrs. Ethel Stickley, 71, of Baldwin, died suddenly Saturday. Funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Carson funeral home with the Rev. John Schlosser, pastor of the Baldwin-Monmouth Methodist churches, officiating. Burial will be made in the Iron Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Stickley was born Feb. 16, 1887, at Iron Hill, a daughter of James and Susan Hute Butters. On Jan. 1, 1905, she married Ora Stickley at Iron Hill; he died in 1955.
She is survived by a son, Fay of Boscobel, Wisc.; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Scott of Baldwin, Mrs. Robert Nielsen of Clinton and Mrs. H. O. Munroe of Newton, Ia., a brother, Iryle Butters of Fort Dodge, Ia., and 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
