GREEN HILL - Funeral service was held for John Harvey Willison, 61, at the Green Center church at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10. Mr. Willison died Tuesday, Jan. 8, following a long illness. S. B. Weaver and Clifford Pieper officiated. Burial was in Wyoming cemetery.

Casket bearers were Floyd McGuire, Leslie McGuire, John Tallman, Ivan Duncan, Jim Story and Eugene Pye.

Mr. Willison was born Jan. 29, 1890, the son of John and Victoria Green Willison, near Iron Hills in Jackson county. He had three brothers, Harry and Howard, who preceded him in death, and Clarence, Buffalo, Wyo.

At nine years of age, following the death of his father, the family moved to Maquoketa, where they resided for several years. Later the family moved to Wisconsin and then to Minnesota.
