Margaret Ann Lang, 66, of Bellevue, died Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Unity Point Health-Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Visitation will be from noon until 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory.

The Funeral Service for Margaret will be 1:15 pm Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Mount Calvary Cemetery with Celebrant Theresa Thielen officiating.

Margaret was born November 10, 1955, in Hazel Green, WI, the daughter of Joseph R. and Louise B. Heitz Leifker. On September 1, 1990, she married David Lang.

She was a CNA.

Margaret wasn't just a mom she was their best friend and their everything. She would go without so her kids would have. She would give you the shirt off her back. She taught us right from wrong. She was patient kind and loving. She was the best wife and mother. She loved her slotomainia on Facebook. She loved cooking but her favorite time was spending time with her kids and husband. She enjoyed the simple things in life. She will be missed every day by everyone. She was the hardest worker and most of all, she loved her family more than anything. She will be missed. Her family will miss her hugs and warmth everyday.

Survivors include her husband, David Lang; one daughter, Amy McFarland; one son, Adam Lang; two stepsons, Jeff Lang and Mike Lang; two brothers, Bob (Cindy) Leifker of East Dubuque, IL, and Mark (Chris) Leifker of Scales Mound, IL; and three sisters, Sandy Timmerman of Rockford, IL, Rita Straka of Racine, WI, and Barbara (Jenny) Leifker of Monmouth, IL.
