Juleen J. Kramer, 87 of Sabula passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at her home.

Graveside services will be 11:15 am, Monday, March 7, 2022 at Oakland Cemetery in Clinton. Serving as pallbearers will be Dave Koch, Curtis Koch, Chris Kramer, Peyton Draper, Travis Woodhurst and Terry Rittmer. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Hutten, Brent Rittmer and Dylan Rittmer. Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am Monday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.

Juleen Janette Kramer was born July 7, 1934 in Sabula, Iowa, the daughter of Ernest and Rose (Johnson) Rittmer. She was a 1942 graduate of Sabula High School. She married Ronald Kramer on June 19, 1954; he preceded her in death in 2007. Juleen worked for Nielsen’s Clearing House and Swiss Colony; most notably she worked for Lee Paasch Ford for many years. She enjoyed traveling, wintering in Florida, playing bingo, working crossword puzzles and taking rides on her golf cart with her beloved dog Abby.

Juleen is survived by her daughter Sheila Novak of Sabula; four grandchildren: Ashley (Christopher) Bogan of Davenport, Chris Kramer of Camanche, Erin Draper of Camanche and Andrea Morgan of Storm Lake, Iowa; grandchildren: Chase Chance and Chaz Novak, Pierson and Peyton Draper, and Gavin, Kobe and Gabe Coates; siblings: Darlys (John) Hutten of McCallister, Oklahoma, Lester (Ella) Rittmer of Sabula and Dave (Judy) Rittmer of Sabula; sister-in-law Sandy Rittmer of Sabula; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sons: Kim Kramer and Greg Kramer, and one brother Darrell Rittmer.
