Word has just been received here of the death of Mrs. John Watts who passed away at her home in Lisbon, N. Dak. She was forty-nine years of age. Her death was the result of an attack of pneumonia. Mrs. Watts was born in Jackson county and for many years was a resident of Miles, going from here to Mason City and last March to Lisbon. She is survived by her husband, one son, Lawrence and two daughters. Miss Gwendolyn at home and Mrs. Roy Yeager of Brunswick, Ga. The funeral services were held in Lisbon and the body brought to Sterling, Ia., for interment.
