Vera A. Cramer age 77 of Clinton, passed away Saturday Aug. 22, 2020 at Genesis Medical Center in Silvis, IL. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday Aug. 27th at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4 – 7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Busch Cemetery in Lost Nation. Casket bearers will be Gavin Ralston, Alexis Ehlers, Austin and Andrew Cramer, Erik McCutcheon, and Ryan Simmons. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com

Vera was born on Jan. 3, 1943 in Maquoketa, IA, the daughter of Henry and Ruth (Chismore) Pithan. She was a homemaker and had worked at Reese Brothers and a nurses aid at the former Jane Lamb Hospital. Vera enjoyed rubber stamping, playing cards, and sewing.

Vera is survived by her five children, Brenda (Wesley) Ehlers of Bryant, IA, James (Deb) Cramer of Clinton, Mark (Ami) Cramer of Clinton, Todd Cramer of Clinton, and Amy Ralston of Clinton; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Wednesday 4 – 7 PM at the funeral home.
