Maquoketa, Ia., Oct. 25--The remains of Mrs. Seneca Hazard, once a resident here, with social graces that endeared her to many friends, a devoted wife and mother and energetic worker for her church, were brought here yesterday from Vermont for burial beside her husband who preceded her several years ago. Short services were held at the cemetery by Dr. J. G. Morgan and many were present to pay a last tribute of respect.
