Maquoketa, Ia., May 22-Henry John Taylor, of near Emeline, Ia., passed away very suddenly Sunday, May 20, aged 58 years, 7 months and 22 days.

He was born at Cascade, Iowa, Sept. 28, 1858. He had eaten a hearty dinner, sat in an auto in front of his home visiting for awhile, then returning to the house and died shortly thereafter.

Mr. Taylor was married to Anna Bell Heister, Feb. 22, 1885. To this union were born nine children: Harry, Charles, Theodore, Noble, Velma, Lulu, Laura, Ella and Evelyn.

His father, Reese Taylor was born in the state of Delaware, and his mother, Susan Beuchno, was born at St. Louis, Mo.

Funeral will be held at the Emeline church at 2 o'clock Wednesday, May 23, Rev. Boomershine officiating. Interment in Hickory Grove cemetery.
