Bellevue, Ia., July 31-The remains of Mrs. S. S. Sampson, a former resident of Bellevue, arrived here Wednesday from Axtell, Kansas, where she had made her home since 1894, and where she passed away Sunday morning. She is survived by three sons and one daughter, all of Kansas, and all were present at the funeral, which was held from the Presbyterian church, and was conducted by the pastor, after which the body was laid to rest in the family lot in the Presbyterian cemetery.
