Maquoketa, Ia., March 19--The remains of John Eberhart, a former resident, who died in Oklahoma, arrived here this morning and the funeral will be held tomorrow at 10:30 o'clock at the Reformed church, with burial at the Upton cemetery. Deceased leaves three sons: Charles Eberhart, of Clinton, George of Maquoketa, and Will, near town.

Maquoketa, Iowa, March 21--John Eberhart, whose funeral was held yesterday, was a tenant of the late Uncle Sammy Wright's farm at Wright's Corners years ago. He died March 16th in Hobart, Okla., of diabetes, being 72 years old. His wife accompanied his remains here. He is survived by three sons, Chas., Will and George, and one daughter, Hattie, of Oklahoma.
