Maquoketa, Ia., Jan. 22--Isaac William Thompson, son of John S. and Martha Thompson, died at the home of his father in the First ward Jan. 19, 1917, aged 54 years, 4 months and 7 days; was born Sept. 12, 1860.

The funeral was held at the home Sunday at 12:30 and finished at 1 p.m. from the Free Methodist church, Rev. Dixon officiating. Interment at Sutton cemetery.
