Maquoketa, Iowa, Jan. 6--The remains of Mrs. Serilda Wood Levan were brought to Nashville on New Year's day for burial. Mrs. Levan had been ill since September and passed away Dec. 28, 1916, at the home of her son in Anamosa at the age of 77 years. She is survived by one daughter and one son. Mrs. Geo Goodenow, who resides north of this city and Wm. Levan of Anamosa. Burial was made in the Buckhorn cemetery.
