Maquoketa, Iowa, Dec. 2--A telegram was received here Wednesday by Mr. and Mrs. Sam Roush, advising them of the death of their son-in-law, Frank Sadler, who passed away Monday at Excelsior Springs, Mo. where he had been for some time taking medical treatment.

Deceased was born and received his early education in Elwood, and was united in marriage March 11, 1882 to Miss Della Roush at Iron Hill, Ia. They shortly afterward removed to the vicinity of Anthon, Iowa, and engaged in farming until a few years ago, when Mr. Sadler entered the banking business there. He is survived by his wife, three grown children, and one granddaughter. Milton Sadler of Elwood departed Wednesday to attend the funeral which was held at Anthon.
