Jeffrey C. "Jeff" Clark, 54, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, January 16, 2019, at his home in Maquoketa, Iowa.

A natural journey farewell with cremation has taken place. No public services are planned at this time. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.

Jeffrey Clell Clark was born on August 17, 1964 in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Larry Clell and Bonnie Jean (Nabb) Clark. He was a 1982 graduate of Maquoketa Community High School and had attended Clinton Community College.

Jeff had worked as a school bus driver for the Andrew Community School District and most recently had been a bus monitor with the Maquoketa Community School District. He was most notably known for operating the ice cream truck, D & C $ Treats, in Maquoketa for several years. Prior to his illness, he was an avid golfer and a former match and club play champion at the Maquoketa Country Club. He also enjoyed fishing.

Jeff is survived by a son Kyle Clark of Chandler, AZ; his parents, Larry and Bonnie Clark of Maquoketa, IA; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special friend, Lisa Dursky of Andrew, IA. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
