Estelle M. Cox,80, died Friday, Jan. 9, 1998, in her daughter's home in Swisher after a short illness. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Maquoketa. Burial: St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, North Garryowen. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Haylock-O'Hara & Lahey Funeral Home, Maquoketa, where there will be a rosary at 4 and vigil service at 7 p.m.

Survivors include four daughters, JoAnn Eden and Maureen Shanahan, both of Swisher, Monica Cox of Minneapolis and Teresa Holtz of Lost Nation; a son, Joe of Maquoketa; four sisters, Anita Wolbers and Teresa Melloy, both of Dubuque, Mary Clare Driscoll of Cascade and Margaret Ryan of Bernard; and a brother, Ambrose McDonnell of Bernard.
