CASCADE MAN IS DEAD

Highly Respected Citizen of That City Passes Away

Cascade, Ia., May 30 – Mr. William O’Connell, a highly respected citizen of Dubuque county and a retired farmer, died Monday. Mr. O’Connell was for a long time a resident of Garryowen, but about two years ago removed from Garryowen to Cascade, where he had been living. Mr. O’Connell was married to Miss Mary Lynch, of Garryowen, thirty-six years ago.

Mr. O’Connell leaves a widow and two daughters, Mrs. Henry McMullen, of Smetwick, S. D., and Mrs. William Leonard, of Garryowen, The funeral will be held next Thursday.
