HUSBAND FOLLOWS WIFE

James Molony Died Eight Days After Wife's Death
James Molony survives his wife but eight days. He died at his home near Bernard Thursday January 24, at 11:30 a. m. from an attack of pneumonia.

He was born Feb. 29, 1852, near where the town of Bernard is now located, and was a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Molony, who were early settlers of that locality.

He was married to Nora Kane at Garry Owen and they made their home there throughout their lifetime. He was a man of high character and popular among his neighbors. He was a devout Catholic.

He is survived by one son, James Molony, and four daughters, Marguerite and Teresa at home, Mrs. Neal Kenneally, of Bernard, and Mrs. John Frederick, of St. Joseph’s, and five grandchildren.

The funeral took place Sunday, Jan. 27, at 10 o’clock a.m. at St. Patrick’s church, Garry Owen, Rev. D. P. Mulcahy officiating.

Pallbearers were Nicholas Kurt, Matt Fagan, Joseph Kenneally, David Turley, David Donovan, Wm. McCarthy, John Poler, Joseph McGreever.
