MAQUOKETA - Nelson Hutchins, 58, died Wednesday at the Jackson County Public hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Carson funeral home, with Rev. Arthur Holtry officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home.

Mr. Hutchins was born May 27, 1908 in Jackson county, the son of Nelson and Louella Matthews Hutchins.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Allie (Beulah) Templeton of Maquoketa, Mrs. Torchy (Helen) Broderson of Orange, Calif., and Mrs. Leonard (Maxine) Bryson of Marengo.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
