Mrs. Mary Weber, who had been ill for six months, was taken by death at her home near St. Donatus Monday afternoon at 6 o’clock.

The funeral was held Wednesday morning from the home at 8:30 o’clock to the Catholic Church at St. Donatus, a half hour later. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Weber, was born in Luxemburg, Europe, seventy-six years ago and had resided near St. Donatus for the past fifty-nine years.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her daughter Anna, St. Donatus, three sons, Tony, La Motte, Peter, Dubuque, and Nicholas, St. Donatus, and seven grandchildren. Her husband John Weber passed away nine years ago.

Mrs. Weber was a member of the Catholic Church at St. Donatus and the Rosary society of that parish, and in her last hour she was comforted by the rites of that religion.
