KIEFFER FUNERAL

Funeral services for Ray Kieffer who was severely injured in a dynamite explosion last Sunday evening at 6:30 and passed away om Monday were held at St. John's Catholic church Friday morning at 9:30. Burial was made in St. Joseph's cemetery.

Ray Kieffer, son of the late Valentine and AnnDierksen Kieffer, was born February 24, 1910 at Bellevue. He was married to Miss Ardis Roeder, February 8, 1932. To this union three children were born, one son Glenn and two daughters, Gloria and Darla. He is also survived by six sisters, Mrs. J. N. Feltes of Arcadia, Wisconsin, Mrs. Elmer Eganhouse of Wyoming, Mrs. Roy Schackelford of Chicago, Mrs. L. J. Kerwin of Dubuque, Mrs. R. R. Mann of San Francisco and Mrs. Robert Roe of Bellevue. Three brothers, Arnold of Des Moines, and Joe and Harvey of Bellevue survive.
