Edwards, toddler son died 1910

Garryowen, Iowa, June 30 - The year-old son of Archie Edwards of this place passed away this morning as the result of an accident which happened yesterday.

The baby with his three-year-old brother was playing about the kitchen while his mother was doing a washing. During the progress of the play the old child pulled from the washing machine the plug which confined the boiling water in the tank.

The baby was terribly scalded, surviving its injuries but twenty hours.
