FUNERAL RITES FOR LELAND F. DODDS

Leland Francis Dodds, 70, died December 29, at 4 a. m. at his home in Maquoketa. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Carson funeral home with Capt. Robert Stigleman of the Salvation Army conducting the service. Burial was made in the Green Cemetery.

Mr. Dodds was born May 30, 1880 in Michigan, a son of John and Mary Frazier Dodds. He was married to Laura Clark on February 12, 1907. She preceded him in death in 1945. He is survived by a son, Francis , of Davenport and several brothers and sisters.
