Oldest Jackson Resident Passes Away

In the passing of Arnold Reiling of Bellevue, whose death occurred Friday, June 4th, Jackson county lost her oldest citizen, as well as one of the most highly respected residents. Mr.
Reiling was bom in 1822 and came to this country in 1837 and to Jackson county about two years later. Mr. Reiling was identified with the affairs of early days and played an important
part in laying the foundation of our present prosperity. The funeral was held Mondav of last week.
