Maquoketa Record, March 11, 1903

Howard J. Burnett, the five year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Burnett, died at the home at Hurstville, Wednesday evening, March 4, of brain trouble. The funeral occurred at 10 o'clock Friday morning at the Hurstville school house, Rev. S. Shepherd officiating.
