Death of Michael Ward

WARD-at the home of his parents, at Alma, Oct. 1, 1894, after a lingering illness, Michael Ward, aged 16 years and 3 months.

Deceased was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. John Ward. Last winter he was attacked by la grippe, the effect of which he never recovered. Sunday evening he grew worse and on Monday morning at 9 o'clock the final summons came.

The funal took place on Tuesday and was largely attended. The remains were laid to rest in the St. Patrick's church cemetery at Garry Owen.
