Mr. Conrad Cornelius Passes Away

Mr. Conrad Cornelius passed away Sabbath morning after a brief illness at his home east of Andrew. He was born at Unser Elm, Germany, July 1, 1841. July 17, 1868 he was united in marriage to Miss Lizzie Hose to which union nine children were born. In 1877 they immigrated to America and two year later brought the farm where he died and where his family grew to manhood and womanhood. The wife, and mother, five daughters and four sons, besides brothers and sisters are left to mourn their loss. Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Lutheran Church conducted by Rev. Hast, with internment in the Andrew cemetery.
