July 8, 1943George Storm, 58, died Wednesday in his home in Maquoketa following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the home and at 2 o’clock in the Maquoketa Lutheran church. The Rev. H. Mueller will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery.
He was born June 17, 1885, in Fairfield township, the son of Fred and Caroline Storm. He married Dora Koll of Preston, Nov. 1, 1911.
His wife is the only survivor. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Lena of Preston and Elma of Maquoketa, and a brother, John, of Miles.
