Clarence McCumber

At his home near Fulton, Clarence McCumber, the thirteen year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur McCumber, passed away Sunday morning, the trouble which caused his death being rather a puzzle to the physicians. The lad is sad to have attended to his work in the field Friday until towards evening when he went to the house complaining of not feeling well. He lay down on a couch and soon became unconscious, in which condition he remained until the end.

Clarence was a good boy, obedient and possessed of many manly traits, and his sudden and untimely death comes as a terrible blow to his parents and sisters, as well as to a wide circle of friends and class mates. The funeral was held this afternoon.
