Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 11 for Betty Finson, 34, who died Saturday in her home in rural Monticello. The services will be at 1:30 pm at the Andrew Presbyterian Church with the Reverend James Ellison Officiating.

Mrs. Finson was born 1938 in Maquoketa to the late Arthur and Mrs. Elda Fuller Irwin. On August 28, 1967 she married Richard Finson in the Little Brown Church in Nashua.

Survivors include her husband,her mother,two brothers, Robert Irwin of rural Maquoketa and Edward Irwin of rural Bellevue.

She was a schoolteacher and taught at Stanwood, Cedar Rapids and Anamosa.
