Rites Held April 18 In California For Louis R. Moeller

Funeral service was held April 18, at Southgate, Calif., for Louis R. Moeller, 32, who died April 16, at Olive View sanatorium (Calif.) following a long illness. The Rev. John Minneman officiated and burial was at Inglewood park, Los Angeles. Pallbearers were Frederick Alden, Cecil Maiolfi, Donald Maiolfi, Joe Steffy, Thomas Hanrahan, and Carol Young.

The deceased, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Moeller, was born in Maquoketa on July 12, 1914, and graduated from Maquoketa high school in 1933. He was married Nov. 28, 1937, to Elnora Miller and for several years they resided in Cedar Rapids. Later they moved to Los Angeles and in 1942 Mr. Moeller was afflicted with an illness from which he failed to recover.

He is survived by his parents, his wife, three brothers and one sister.
