IRON HILLS
The sudden and unexpected death of Joseph Huling occurred Tuesday evening, Feb. 18, 1902, ay 7 o’clock, while he was herding his cows from the pasture. The body was found lying across the road about fifty rods from the house by Mrs. Dutton, who immediately spread the sad tidings. The body was carried to the house, where an inquest was held by Coroner Ristine. No suspicion of murder or suicide was entertained by either the evidence or the decision of the jury. Heart failure is supposed to be the cause of death.. Mr. Huling was a resident of this vicinity and was highly honored and respected by all who knew him for his strict honesty and considerable principles. He leaves a wife and several small children to mourn his untimely death.
