DIED-

Benjamin Evans died at his home in this city after an illness of several months. Mr. Evans was in the seventy-second year of his age when he died. He came to Jackson County in the year 1843. The interment took place on Saturday, the funeral services being held at the residence and conducted by Rev. Breckenridge
