Adah Kehn

Adah B. Kehn, 88, of Maquoketa, died Monday, March 11, at the Jackson County Public Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, with Rev. Al Rusk officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Visitation was to be from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at W. G. Carson & Son Funeral Home, Maquoketa.

Mrs. Kehn was born Feb. 8, 1897 in Jackson County to Atwood and Lucy Clark Morehead. In 1918 she married Forrest Kehn in Clinton.

She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. William (Joyce) Lyon, Alburn, Calif.; two sons, Gerald of Maquoketa and Donald of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, and two brothers.
