Herbert Russell.

Herbert H. Russell passed away Sunday morning after a several days’ illness. Mr. Russell submitted to a surgical operation Thursday but did not have the strength to rally from same.

Herbert H. Russell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Russell was born Feb. 26, 1882, in Iowa.

He was married March 6, 1912 to Miss Laurena Jensen of this city. To them a dear little son, Verne, was born.

Mr. Russell’s death came as a great shock to his family and they have the sympathy of a large circle of friends.

Mr. Russell is survived by his wife, little son, father and mother, and one brother, Allen F. of Spragueville.

Funeral services will be held from the M. E. church Wednesday afternoon at two o’clock and interment will be made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
