Archie Banks, 91, Santa Barbara, Calif., died Saturday, Oct. 13. Services and burial are to be Wednesday, Oct. 17 in Santa Barbara. Mr. Banks formerly lived in Delmar and moved to California many years ago. He was a Navy veteran who served in both World War 1 and 2. He is survived by his wife, the former Edna Bowman of Maquoketa; two sons, one daughter, one sister and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
