Obituary.

Mrs. Lydia Prime died in this city at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. R. S. Mann, last Monday evening, December 24. Lydia Gager was born near Toronto, Canada, April 13, 1805. When about 20 years of age she married Ocean B. Prime, and soon moved to Vermont with her husband. About 10 years after her marriage her husband died, leaving her five children, all of whom survive her – Mrs. A. N. Hurlburt of Sacramento, Cal., D. W. Prime of Brandon, Vt., O. B. Prime of Marrinette, Wis., O. G. Prime has lived in this city since 1855, She united with the Congregational Church early in life, and since then her whole being has been a complete sacrifice to Christian duty. For over 30 years she has been a member of the Congregational Church of this city. The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev. T. S. Oadams.
