SAREPTIA VICTORIA GREEN STOWERS

SAREPTIA VICTORIA GREEN was born January 4th, 1859, in Brandon township, Jackson county, Iowa, a daughter of Rollo and Isabel Green and died January 4th 1911, in Brandon township, Iowa, at the age of 52 years.

She was married to Riley Stowers on April 7th 1886. To this union were born six children: William A., Clifford E., Glen D., Alma B., Florence A., and Ada, who died in infancy. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her family , her four sisters: Mrs. Lydia Stickley of Monmouth, Mrs. Emma Kirchner of Woodbury county, Mrs. Mary Rhodes of South Dakota and Mrs. Buckle Horter of Oregon.

Funeral services were held Friday at the M. E. church of Monmouth, Rev. Jesse Smith officiating. Interment being made in the Monmouth cemetery.
