DIED-

MISS MYRTLE TEEPLE, aged 18, died at her home near Nashville on Thursday morning and was buried in Buckhorn cemetery on Saturday. Many friends and acquaintances deplore the death of this young lady.

MRS. JOHN ECKHURST was buried in Mt. Hope cemetery on Wednesday. The funeral was a very large one attesting to the great esteem in which the lady was held by a large number of friends.

MRS. LYDIA THOMAS SHRIGLEY died at her home in Clinton on Sunday last from pneumonia, aged 55 years. She was born near Clinton where she grew to womanhood. She resided in and near Maquoketa for several years, returning later to Clinton. Funeral occurred Tuesday with interment in the Hess cemetery.
