Former Maquoketa Lady Dead

Mrs. L. F. Arp died Friday morning at 1:25 o’clock at her home, 319 Sturdevant street, Davenport, following a lingering illness. The deceased was born in Maquoketa on April 1, 1890, and moved to Davenport with her parents on March 1, 1896. Her maiden name was Lena Hoeppner. She was united in marriage to Leonard Arp on July 10, 1912, who survives with one infant son, Leroy. Other relatives include her parents, Mrs. and Mr. John Hoeppner of Davenport, and a brother, William C. Hoeppner. Two sisters of the deceased died several years ago.

Funeral services were held from the home on Monday afternoon at one o’clock. Rev. Carl Holterman officiating. Interment in Fairmont cemetery, Davenport.
