December 14, 1920YOUNG LIFE ENDED
Edna Bernice Armstrong, second daughter of E. D. and Ada B. Armstrong, was born September 22nd, 1901, and departed this life Dec. 11, 1920, being 19 years, two months and 19 days old at the time of her demise. Miss Armstrong was a young lady, that possessed a pleasant and happy disposition and always looked on the bright side of life. Altho she was afflicted with a malady that baffled her physician, yet her condition, was not considered as serious as it proved to be as her passing away was very sudden and unexpected, thus proving to us that remain the uncertainty of life.
Those who are left to mourn for the deceased are the father and mother, and two sisters, and three brothers, also one grandfather, B. Armstrong, and other relatives, besides a wide circle of friends who sympathize with the family in their sudden bereavement.
The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 1:30 at the house 2 o’clock at East Iron Hill church. Interment at East Iron Hill cemetery, Rev. John Watterson officiating.
