Louis EFFERDING died at his home in Tete des Mortes Township, December 26, 1875,aged about 79 years. Mr. Efferding was a native of Germany, and was one of the earliest settlers of this county, having taken up his residence where his life came to a close, in 1837, nearly forty years ago. Deceased leaves a wife and ten children in comfortable circumstances.
