DIED – Jacob Frank died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Chas. Berkley, on Edna St., this city, Jan. 29, of Bright’s disease. He was born in Buffalo, N. Y., March 21, 1851. His parents came to Jackson county, Iowa, when he was a small boy, and he has lived in this county ever since. His funeral took place from the home Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Arthur M. Lewis, interment in the Mausoleum at Mt. Hope cemetery. Those in attendance from away at his funeral were as follows – George Zentner of Bellevue, Iowa, Will Zentner of Milwaukee, Louis Zentner and wife and John Zentner and wife of Clinton; also Lydia Hinman Ehl and husband of Spragueville.
