THOMAS ELRICK, 93, DIES HERE, BURIAL AT ANDREW CEMETERY

Funeral service was held Monday at 2 p.m. in Carson funeral home for Thomas Elrick, 93, who died Saturday at Jackson County hospital. The Rev. Howard Biel officiated and burial was in Andrew.
A son of John and Mable Means Elrick, the deceased was born Sept. 6 1858 in Maquoketa. He was married to Irene Elizabeth Reed, June 9, 1897.
Survivors include on daughter, Florence Elrick, and a sister, Mrs. Belle Johnson of Frederickburg, Ia. One brother and five sisters preceded him in death.
